i had a fantastic stay at muse! the check-in was super smooth thanks to daniel, who even upgraded me to a deluxe king room. the shower was one of the best i’ve experienced in a hotel, and the location was perfect for catching a show nearby. the wifi was strong, making my zoom meetings hassle-free.

Friendly staff, spacious Executive King room with nice dimmer lights. $20 extra toll charge was surprising.

prime access to madison square garden and bryant park

during my stay, i loved that i could stroll less than 10 minutes to bryant park and enjoy its beautiful green space, and visiting madison square garden was just a short walk away for a show. the rooms were super clean and comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.
