prime access to madison square garden and bryant park
during my stay, i loved that i could stroll less than 10 minutes to bryant park and enjoy its beautiful green space, and visiting madison square garden was just a short walk away for a show. the rooms were super clean and comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

Just a good pick for a brief hiatus in New York, great for the money. The shower was the best I've ever experienced, just amazing. Try to get a room away from the street for a quieter stay.

missingWrote a review on Oct 09great locationspacious suitecocktail receptionnoisy air conditioningmissing coffee maker
The location of Muse is fantastic, just a short walk from Times Square and great restaurants like Junior's. My King Suite was spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed—definitely one of the best I've ever slept in. I enjoyed the daily cocktail reception in the lobby. it added a nice touch to unwind after a busy day. The modern bathroom had excellent water pressure, which I appreciated. However, the air conditioning unit was a noisy machine, disrupting my sleep. A coffee maker in the room would have been beneficial, especially in the mornings. Service was attentive, but some staff seemed less informed about hotel amenities. Despite a few inconveniences, my overall stay felt enjoyable.

I had an amazing time here, especially with the giant rain shower and the comfy king bed that felt like a cloud! I loved chilling in the cozy lounge area with complimentary drinks in the evening. A minor hiccup with charges on checkout left me a bit annoyed, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

missingWrote a review on Sept 24great locationfriendly staff
The location was literally half a block from the chaos, but our rooms were tucked away enough to feel like we were escaping the madness. Plus, the staff really went outta their way, getting us a late check-out when I mentioned my daughter was a bit under the weather.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess that’s NYC prices for ya.
