I had an amazing time here, especially with the giant rain shower and the comfy king bed that felt like a cloud! I loved chilling in the cozy lounge area with complimentary drinks in the evening. A minor hiccup with charges on checkout left me a bit annoyed, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

Would recommend for a short interlude
Spacious room, comfortable beds, as we enjoyed the daily cleaning service that kept our Executive Two Double Beds tidy, and the hotel's convenient location allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily.
Elevator noise can be disturbing at times.

Perfect for family getaways
The location was literally half a block from the chaos, but our rooms were tucked away enough to feel like we were escaping the madness. Plus, the staff really went outta their way, getting us a late check-out when I mentioned my daughter was a bit under the weather.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess that’s NYC prices for ya.

The location is a dream, with eateries like Junior's and Utsav just a hop away. The rooms are spacious and cozy—my King Suite had the comfiest bed ever! Plus, the daily cocktail reception in the lobby? Total vibe.
The air conditioning unit was a bit of a noise machine, making it tough to catch some z's.

Just a good pick for a brief hiatus in New York, great for the money. The shower was the best I've ever experienced, just amazing. Try to get a room away from the street for a quieter stay.

The location of Muse is fantastic, just a short walk from Times Square and great restaurants like Junior's. My King Suite was spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed—definitely one of the best I've ever slept in. I enjoyed the daily cocktail reception in the lobby. it added a nice touch to unwind after a busy day. The modern bathroom had excellent water pressure, which I appreciated. However, the air conditioning unit was a noisy machine, disrupting my sleep. A coffee maker in the room would have been beneficial, especially in the mornings. Service was attentive, but some staff seemed less informed about hotel amenities. Despite a few inconveniences, my overall stay felt enjoyable.
